Czech Turf Gala Evening

On Saturday, January 24, 2026, the Czech Turf Gala Evening took place at the National House Vinohrady, where the Jockey Club of the Czech Republic solemnly awarded the most successful personalities of the past racing season. In addition to the Horse of the Year and championship titles in individual categories, awards were also presented for long-term and extraordinary contribution to racing.

The prestigious Horse of the Year 2025 award was received from the Minister of Agriculture Martin Šebestyán, Jockey Club President Jiří Charvát and Tipsport CEO Petr Knybel by the team of star sprinter Ponntos, who defended the title from the previous season for the third time.
