This more intimate hall is named after the Czech writer Karel Vaclav Rais. It was designed as a theatre hall and blind arcades in the upper section of the hall are decorated with typical masks in the style of antic theatre. The decoration considerably uses so-called dentils. The hall has various uses for example holding workshops, education educational purposes, company and private evenings, chamber concerts, theatre performances, film projection, banquets, sales and contract exhibitions and many more. The hall is illuminated with day and artificial lighting, but it can be also darken. An advantage of this space is a direct connection with another hall – The Social Hall. The capacity of Rais Hall is up to 320 sitting.
